Key Policy Terms

✓ 14-Day Window from delivery date for returns/exchanges
✓ Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached
✓ Original packaging and accessories required for full refund

Return Process

  1. Log into your account → "Complete Orders"
  2. Select item(s) → Click Request Return/Exchange
  3. Print prepaid label (if eligible) → Ship within 7 days
  4. Track status via confirmation email

Refund Timeline

  • ● Warehouse processing: 3 - 5 business days
  • ● Payment refunded: 1 - 3 business days
  • ● Bank processing: 5 - 7 business days (varies)

⚠️ Returns received after 14 days will be subject to store credit only

Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests accepted for:
 ▸ Incorrect size/color
 ▸ Defective merchandise
• Exchange items must be in stock at time of request
• Free exchange shipping for orders ≥ $38

Exclusions
